Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use deepantra.com or play Kingdoms of Earth, a game by Deepantra Games. By creating an account or playing, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password safe. Each person may hold one account in the shared world. Accounts may not be sold or transferred.

Playing the game

Kingdoms of Earth is free to play. We may add paid features later; if we do, their price and conditions will be shown before you pay.

In the shared world, time keeps running while you are away. Your character, property and aides can gain or lose things during that time, including through the actions of other players. That is part of the game and we do not restore such losses.

Fair play

You may not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automated tools to play, attack or overload the service, access other people’s accounts, or try to get around the game’s limits. Please do not use offensive, hateful or misleading names. If you find a bug, tell us instead of using it.

Virtual items

In-game gold, goods, titles and other virtual items have no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, and you have a limited licence to use them in the game, not ownership of them. We may rebalance, change or reset them to keep the game healthy.

Our content

The game, its art, text, music and code belong to Deepantra Games or its licensors. You may play it and share screenshots and the material in our Share Kit. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the game.

Changes to the service

The game is under active development. We may change, suspend or end features, or the service, at any time. We will try to give notice of major changes where we reasonably can.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that saved data will never be lost.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, Deepantra Games is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss of virtual items or game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. For questions use the contact form on our Privacy Policy page.
