Update
What's New in Kingdoms of Earth: Land, Councils and Betrayal

This is the biggest update so far. The world now has ground you can own, people who argue with you and enemies who remember what you did.
Land you can walk to
The country around every settlement is split into plots with their own soil, shore, market access and roads. Buy one and build a farm, inn, depot, dock or hamlet. It stands on the map, and you ride there to use it. Contractors compete for the job on price, time and quality, and you can become a contractor yourself.
Village lords and city landlords
Castles and cities are never for sale. They fall only to conquest. A village, though, can be won with most of its land and the support of its people. Inside towns you can buy houses, shops, workshops, warehouses, mansions and inns ward by ward, let them out or build on empty lots.
One ledger, one keeper to ask
My Holdings lists everything you own city by city, with its value, daily earnings and current state. Assign a keeper and talk to them: they report, explain the money, warn you of danger and suggest what to do next.
A Council that talks back
Seat your officials at one table, choose the matter and hear them out. Hard decisions pay well when they hold and cost dearly when they fail. Give officials authority and they appoint their own people, and those people vote with their patrons.
Intrigue, nemeses and crises
Ambitious officials form factions. Some whispers are true and some are slander. A successful coup really does take your throne, though you can come back from exile. Those you break return as nemeses. And when life gets comfortable, hordes, plague, famine or a great war shake the whole map.
Everything works in solo play and in the shared world, in English and Turkish, free in your browser.
